There's no checkout button. How do I actually book?

Three steps. One: send your dates and suite to Sarah on WhatsApp (+62 812-3456-7890) or through the form. She replies within an hour, 8:00–22:00 WITA. Two: she confirms availability and sends a 50% deposit link. Three: pay the deposit and your dates are locked, with the balance due on arrival.

Is the villa suitable for children and babies?

Accepted Answer

Very. 38% of our guests come back, and many of them are families. We have cots and a high chair at no charge, a babysitter for $6 per hour, and a temporary pool fence we can install on request. The Taman Room sleeps 3 and is the usual family pick.

Question 3

Can you handle dietary requirements like vegan, halal or gluten-free?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Chef Wayan cooks vegan, halal and gluten-free with 24 hours' notice. Because he shops Pasar Canggu fresh every morning, he adapts the menu around you rather than swapping in a sad substitute. Just tell Sarah when you book and it's handled.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Landing early or flying late? Tell Sarah your flight times, when the suite calendar allows, Putu will flex the times, and you can always leave luggage and use the pool while you wait.

Question 5

How much is the deposit and how can I pay?

Accepted Answer

We ask for a 50% deposit to confirm your dates, payable by bank transfer, Wise or a card payment link, whichever suits you. The remaining 50% is settled on arrival at the villa.

Can we book the whole villa for a wedding or event?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the whole villa (all 4 suites, sleeps 10, from $545 per night) hosts events for up to 40 seated guests, with Chef Wayan's kitchen and the 16-metre pool as the backdrop. The event fee starts from $950 and music plays until 22:00, out of respect for our rice-field neighbours.

How does the airport pickup work?

Send Sarah your flight number and Gede meets you at DPS arrivals with a name sign and the villa's air-conditioned 7-seater. It's a fixed $35, no meter, no haggling, and the drive to the villa takes 50 to 70 minutes depending on traffic.

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancel 30 or more days before check-in and your deposit is refunded in full. Between 14 and 30 days you get 50% back. Under 14 days the deposit is non-refundable, but you get one free date change. Just message Sarah and she'll move your stay.

Question 9

Can I rent a scooter, and what licence do I need?

Accepted Answer

Yes, scooters start from $7 per day, helmets included, delivered straight to the villa gate. You legally need an international driving permit to ride in Bali, so arrange one before you fly. Batu Bolong Beach is a 6-minute ride; Berawa Beach is 8.

Is breakfast included?

Accepted Answer

Nightly rates are room-only, so you can choose. Add the B&B tier for $12 per person per night and Chef Wayan cooks breakfast daily with produce from his 6am Pasar Canggu run. The floating breakfast in the pool is $18 per person, and the Signature all-inclusive tier (+$95 per person per day) covers all meals.

Is booking direct cheaper than Airbnb or Booking.com?

Yes, our direct rates skip the platform commission, and we make a best-rate promise: find the same dates cheaper on any OTA and we'll match the price and throw in the $35 airport pickup for free. Booking direct also means you're talking to Sarah from the first message, not a help desk.

Can I work from the villa? How fast is the Wi-Fi?

Yes, plenty of guests do. The fibre connection runs at 150 Mbps with a 4G backup that kicks in automatically if the line ever drops, and there are two proper work desks in the villa. Bali is WITA (UTC+8), which lines up nicely with calls to Australia and most of Asia.
